The desk is a huge success so they can make up what they please, it really doesn't bother me.
thankss.
To be hated by Tom and his gang is something I really won't be losing sleep over.
I love it when youflex like that
Sorry but for all i like you and all that, your attitude really sucks sometimes you reply as if people are stupid and dont know anything.http://www.habboxforum.com/showpost....94&postcount=7
Please read that before posting again.
The desk is both there for socialising and help which is why the bar is so small compared to what it used to be. I said the desk isn't for the SOLE purpose meaning we do offer help but the change came because of the smaller demand for help desks.
You're suggesting we need 2 or 3 staff members? so what if they are all offline when people come in and harass users etc
I think 2 or 3 staff members is definitely not enough.
Quite frankly I find the negatvity towards the desk a complete and utter joke, such threads weren't made a few months a go when the desk struggled to draw in 5 guests a day and the staff were never to be seen. The desk has improved a great deal and it's a shame that a few individuals need to gang up together and try and tarnish the positive changes that have occured.
"A few individuals" I seem to see more than that having the same opinions though.

i dont see a problem tbh
the staff cant be expected to be in the desk 24/7 but when they are there they always seemed to be faced with problems and hassle from certain habbos.
the staff may need to leave their computers un-attended but we all do at some time.
i dont think it is fair picking on leah she isnt a problem she is there alot and she trys her hardest to make the help desk run wihtout much hassle
i think poeple need to start seeing the bigger picture tbh
I Love Easter
I fail to see the rudeness in that, Im just fed up of repeating myself so directed them to the thread which explains the changes to the desk. They can give their views, but im going to give mine too, but without the inspiration of personal vendettas.No-ones grouping and up tarnishing the changes :S
Just giving their views.
You're really rude for a manager :/
You can maintain a nice relationship with your staff, but if you're rude to "normal people" (I use normal people as non staff), then you aren't going to get anywhere fast.
And people's opinions of you won't improve either :S

I agree!
Hi
Wow, it's been a while.
I think this is going too far over the top. The desk is being very overrated atm

This is why I suggested that staff do go behind the desk (as they now seem to be doing more), because then it's clear to everyone that they are there, as opposed to being present but not doing anything any justifying it by saying they weren't behind the desk. Again I'll say that I don't expect staff to be working continually or anything like that, but for their own sakes so that these accusations don't re-occur it really is for the best that they make it obvious when they are "at work" rather than just hanging about.Staff going brb. Nothing wrong with that. It's always happened in the past, however, in the past it used to be behind the bar on the rollers or outside the desk but now it's more in the desk. Also, it is better to have staff away in the desk rather than an empty desk as an empty desk means that no-one will bother coming in but if the room is green, then there is a chance one person will come in, then another e/c/t.
Also, when the desk changed more into a lounge, it became apparent that staff did not have to go behind the bar which is right, hence why the desk is only a small corner of the room rather than a whole section. Staff can help both in the bar and out of it, as the main purpose of staff is a mixture of moderating the room and helping.
I have a gang? Apart from Harry I don't talk to anyone in this thread, and his was a one-off post. This is not a personal attack on you, if it was I'd have made the thread "WHY IS LEAH SO TERRIBLE" and talked about you, but that isn't what I've done at all. I cannot be held responsible for what people I don't even talk to (or in most cases even like) say.
I know how that feels, I've written out the same point about going behind bars several times and people still post "don't have to!"
I think you meant to say underrated, seeing as how you're in support of them.
Then there will need to be a bigger staff area and it will turn back into a full help desk and not a lounge and the room will just return to what it was before. Seeing as people made it clear before the old desk wasn't working and wanted it to change into a lounge, what your saying is instead of moving foward, just go back so I have to say I'm against what your saying as it will just be going back to the old system which wasn't working. This is why I suggested that staff do go behind the desk (as they now seem to be doing more), because then it's clear to everyone that they are there, as opposed to being present but not doing anything any justifying it by saying they weren't behind the desk. By the name of the room and department it is a helpdesk and not a lounge room.
Alot of people do think it is a lounge so I think the name needs to be changed like alot of people thought it was going to be when it was closed with Jaiisun as HxHD Manager. Another thing, surely as its only a lounge the rules should be more relaxed? From my experiences and being in the desk the rules are more strict that what they have been for a long time. Going back to what people were saying about being banned in the desk, I said shut up a couple of time a few weeks ago and almost got banned for it. Before when it was a proper help desk I had never seen or heard anything like that happen but now the rules are more relaxed and more personal with less staff they are alot stricter than ever which I do not understand.
