It doesnt matter if its called "Emotional" or "Emotive Hardcore". It could be called "The greatest music genre ever" and its still the same type of music. It still holds simple plan, good charlette, HH ect. Whichever you call it, it doesnt make the music any different at all

No, now you listen to me, if goths pretend they follow satanism, then what makes you not think they are not pretending to be following goth? Its not just the way you dress, isnt there more to a person than appearance. I'll answer that for you, YES.
I'm fairly sure the 'goth' people you describe in your area are posers that don't even know what satanism means, and to clear one thing up, satanism is hardly connected to the Devil (which i undoubtly expect them to argue).
