That's a good recast in my opinion. The new guy looks a lot more like the image of Daario I had in my mind's eye while reading. The old actor playing Daario always seemed too polished for my liking. Also he wasn't a particularly good actor but then again the same can be said for a few others on Game of Thrones as well.

I personally liked the original actor, he had that.. cheeky appeal which I think suited him. But to be fair they've re-casted well and it should work nicely.
