if they cheated they broke the rule by using multiple accounts so surely they should be banned anyway..

I've left, but I still visit sometimes!
Shouldn't they get an insta-perm ban on their throw-away account?
(I wonder if @scottish; is on the same train of thought as I am...)
That's what happened with @Doughnut; & @:Cerys; and management didn't seem too bothered in the repercussions on Cerys so I don't see how the circumstances are any different. Rules are rules!Shouldn't they get an insta-perm ban on their throw-away account?

A lot of the time they get contacted it about and then they have a decision of which account they would like to "keep" pretty much. Although circumstances could also make it into an instant ban - Depending on the scenario.Shouldn't they get an insta-perm ban on their throw-away account?

Well, in this scenario, to have another account created to alter a vote in a poll, does that not count as an instant ban? I mean, a regular user wouldn't really want to move to a new account they created just for the sake of a poll, would they?

I'm pretty sure I know what the throw away account is called, just doing some reading up to see if I can figure out who did it.
I won't name names, jut my own curiosity is killing me![]()
Me or Chris didn't mention if the account was created for the sole purpose of changing the vote or they just had another account already and then decided to use it to change the vote.Well, in this scenario, to have another account created to alter a vote in a poll, does that not count as an instant ban? but yeah I agree, someone obviously created the account with intent to influence the vote so surely that should be an instant perm on both accounts.
and reason I mentioned the fact it's broke the rules is you had no problem publicly going into HxHD and saying about @:Cerys; when they was in the room, what's different now? @matt
You're only confirming it to me who the person isI can see why you're needing to ask the person which account they want, but the one they voted on for a second time has been abandoned for a few years... So it's pretty obvious
Anyways, this is like a big game of Cluedo, I'm loving it!
