ok, i've hhad FSX for a while now, and i was wondering, what would be the best way of speeding it up/improving the performance, without buying anything.
I know buy a better GFX card and RAM wud do the trick, but aint got no money atm, so is there any other sollutions?

By having fsx on a computer of it's own basicily, thats what i have.

i an't realy, i cud clear some space on the vista one, cause i got 2 comps, so i cud transfer eveyrthing onto XP, and use vista for flight simulation.

I tested fsx on an old 1.4GhZ and 480mb ram.. deleted all the un-needed Sys32 files.. (literally everythiung) and I still couldnt run it on full..

Grgrgrgrgr. Headlights +REP!
Heyyyy. I've noticed in night screenshots the airplanes have lights coming from their engines. I know how to turn ALL lights on but none of my airplanes have them..? Not even the defaults. (
)
I know to press L to turn all lights on so...
Any help is appreciated

Hello there, The light's are not comign from the engines it just looks like it. Maybe the plane your using doesn't have good lighting? Anyway I use this cool thing I found off vatsim, it changes my airport lights and planes light look uber cool.

Edit: Quick note, if that doesn't make the lights on that 737 any better. I suggest downloading some new planes

Strange. Give me one of your planes and I check it out. If not it may be your graphics, Not so sure.
