What does the file do to the lights? Do they go all sparkly nice

Argh poo. both my laptop and the desktop are the same =(!

I think it's cos under hardware neither pcs have a device listed.. and the lighting settings are under that. poo that sucks !

Ok, 've had the flight simulators for a while, and i want to start flying with Vatsim, ecept one problem, i haven't a CLUE how to. How do i connect, how do i book flights ETC, i have a vatsim account, and am currently running FSX, thats all i know at the moment.

Can anyone else help?

also when u download a plane do u need to add the a effects and gauges to the other files or with the aircraft?

When you download aircraft you get something like this

File you downloaded
------------------------
aircraft ( just contents not the file its self) ----> fs04 airfract folder
gauges ( As Above) ----> fs04 gauges folder
Effects ('') ----> fs04 effects folder
