Only heathrow towers have Radar, the rest of the airfields in the UK have binoculars as you said.

that wrong because Manchester has an apporach radar to see aircraft on the ILS


and controlling AFIS is weird so hard not to say cleared take off i'll stick with nomal tower hehe..

Well aside from heathrow and Manchester then.

No other Tower controllers have Radar or screens.
