The BEST program to install if you want to custome your Windows (start bar, and toolbars etc) is AlienGUIse its normally sent with Alien Ware products (comps/laptops usually) which you can download of their site ^^

Anyway, back on-topic! ViOrb would be the thing to complete that XP theme into a Vista one.
