Sorry for double post edit time long gone
I now have the PMDG 747-400, and can start it up fine except for the EICAS/PFD etc, I align them, switch them back to nav, but they are always black. The screens work since I loaded in the air at Friday Harbor by accident and they were fully active.. Does anyone know if theres some special power settings for them ??

With the tweaking finished here's my first set of real screenies. The contrast has been changed to make them a bit more viewable! ^_^ And incase anyone was unsure this is FS9.

Argh, another double post, Sorry!!
It seems I may have a dodgy PMDG 747-400, since the screens were only active for a short time in Friday Harbor, and just as I changed back to EGLL the screens went to their constant black.
Following the PMDG type rating course, the screens do not come alive when
Standby Power is switched to auto, OR when the APU is turned on.
