    It's still called HxHD as it is still a place you can get help, however, it is also compared to before more of a lounge now. And to be honest the people that are banned now deserved to get banned. The rules aren't strict, but the desk has to be a place where people can relax, including new people and when people are in there swearing and being racist, then those people will be delt with.

    The rules are strict for a lounge, I think that if they werent people wouldnt feel more inclined to break them. There also sometimes seems to be a secret set of rules that only staff know of, on the rules list there are only several and not to break the habbo way. On many occasions I have seen people be kicked for rules that arent breaking the few rules in the desk or the habbo way and when you say they wernt breaking the rules you get in trouble for arguing with staff.

    The rules need to be more relaxed inorder for things like swearing and racism to be reduced. When I was HxHD manager and people wanted the swearing rule to be dropped we did in the end wth support from 8f8 and at first it was mahem but after a few days it was fine, not every swear word is like some massive crime.

    Back in the old days when help desks were help desks that would have been something pretty minor and would have resulted in just a kick or someone asking you to move.

    Now people seem to have just been getting kicked for having long names? lol

    Seen a few people coming in and sitting down and just getting kicked because they have a long name :S

    edit; i see its cos they causing lag or sumfink.

    Are my eyes decieiving me or did the HxHD manager just admit that HxHD isn't for helping out Habbo's?

    I support the idea of shutting down HxHD as there REALLY is no need for a manager and staff. Gone are the glory days of having a help desk. The idea of just having a room for lounging about in works - just look at other examples from other websites!!

    If HxHD is causing as much bother just now then why don't kill all the birds with one stone therefore solving all the problems?

    Having staff is a bit useless as they don't do anything as a person only comes in for help possibly once a week when something new comes out. An FAQ or a guide could be put on the website or the Habbo could be directed to a Habbo Guide who is meant to help out with these things.

    I have also noticed the fact that when one management member leaves HxHD the other goes as well. Good management?

    Great post, have some rep. Now you mention it, it does all seem a bit redundant with all the FAQs on the habbox site, the habbo site and the guides thing. Habbox should really abandon the help desk thing and start pushing the lounge aspect with events and stuff.

    LOL yeah i was in for a few mins saw the long user names they deserved to be kicked cos they where spamming but they were dancing and getting kick lol
