The crack is too obvious, and I agree that its a "diversion hint" thing, because it seems there is confusion with her as she doesnt remember the daleks.

Thought today's ep was immense! So much better than last week. Thought the new daleks were awesome!

I thought the way the robot bomb was stopped was stupid, if I were the Doctor I'd carry the thing into mah TARDIS and kick it into the Dalek's bumholes.
I like the new design.
Mark Gatiss is a horrible writer, but this was a good effort. Churchill actor, Matt, Karen were all on top form.
