It was amazing but

It was amazing butthe 19 years later part was disappointing, they didn't include a lot of detail that was in the book.
i saw it earlier and
the whole thing was disappointing except snape's scene which was amazing, way way better than i'd hoped for. he def said look at me. when he was dying + talking, it didn't sound like he was in pain ;l
wish i rewatched part 1 cause i forgot what they'd taken out etc. i swear i musta fell asleep during some parts (A)
at the beginning did they even explain why and how hermione was dressed as bellatrix? & who ron was meant to be (just a muggle) cause she just suddenly appeared like that n off they popped ;l
FRED'S DEATH WAS CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PERCY SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE:@ was he?!?! didnt see him but when Ron saw Fred in the hall that was soooooo sad
you know when they came through the portrait of ariana (did they even explain what happened to her, can't remember) and everyone was there they just said "get the rest" (of the order), could they not have used the coins they used in dumbledores army .....
the statues part was good
just like the 1st part they hardly spoke about the hallows and harry didn't go in to detail about where voldemort would have hidden the horcruxes and why. it really shows how well harry understands voldemort and the connection they have.
lol at killing lavendar brown hahahahhahahaahhahahaahahahahahahahaa but not colin creevey ;l
btw tara they said 50 unknown people, not incl death eaters, died after the book was finished, oh & she also said neville ends up with hannah abbott + luna ends up with some random. y even put neville and luna at the end if that was the case
slytherin to the dungeons? don't think so.... :S the whole 'comedy' aspect ruined it
oh but lol filch haha bless
killing nagini was ridic, ~harry loses the fang~ oh no, ~ron loses the fang~, NEVILLE SAVES THE DAY! they didnt even tell neville that it was important to kill her, not just to save ron n hermione but to kill voldemort, which harry told him to in the book
ummmm ron n hermione should have kissed infront of harry ;l there was no moment before it....
bellatrixs death was so quick, i would have hoped voldemort was there to see it and harry could give us 'try for some remorse' speech and explain why the wand was not his there instead of afterwards to ron n hermione
AND THEN. THIS IS A BIG ONE. harry didn't repair his wand before he snapped the elder? so he has dracos!?:S
was hagrids brother even there? urgh wish hagrid joined the actual fight too at the castle with fang. & the house elves too? where were they? i'm mad at that. its supposed to show how it's literally everyone fighting
harry revealing he was alive. what the hell was that it was so ba :/
pob missed out more. i'm really disappointed though.

So it's the worst one of them all in your opinion Jen?
he didn't say it! cos it's my favourite line i waited for it, all he said was that he had his mothers eyesi saw it earlier and

oh wait i apologise i just looked it up and apparently he does say it but then after he says the mothers eyes bit
how did i miss it? oh well still didn't say it the way i wanted him to obviously UGH
they showed them with a hair that they had taken in the first movie from bellatrix, and people should know from the other movies what polyjuice potion does/is by now so
agree about freds death, most people probably don't even know which twin it was!
with ariana they never really got too deep into the whole dumbledore story in DH part 1, so i can understand them not explaining that much
im too lazy to read the rest of what you said but with the 50 people i always thought that wasn't the students, cos it's a small enough school
this is what the harry potter wiki says
It is likely most of them were adults at least seventeen years old, as Harry Potter did not see anyone he recognised dead, besides those he named.[2] It is likely that half of the fallen would have been fellow students, the rest possibly members of the Order of the Phoenix, staff members, or residents of Hogsmeade.
dunno how you're disappointed i thought it was amazing, they fit as much accuracies into a 2 hour movie or whatever as they could

oh right yeah but the book also said that underagers sneaked out to fight as well i dunno but they were prob just random people no1 knows
my mate doesn't read the books and at the end was like "WOW SNAPES HARRY'S DAD?" and i got super confused
but yeah didn't really like it that much because they missed out a lot that i can't focus on the good parts. ive never really liked the movies anyway because the stuff they change/take out gets me confused with what's in the book

To be fair after book three the books just became huge. I can't imagine trying to condense them into two and a half hour films! Even by splitting the last book into two films - creating like five hours of footage - still loads is missed out!

It was so confusing but how Snape was shown to be the good guy through those scenes was brilliant in my opinion. But what is the actual situation with Snape, is he just someone who loved Harrys mother? I have not read the books.

It was so confusing but how Snape was shown to be the good guy through those scenes was brilliant in my opinion. But what is the actual situation with Snape, is he just someone who loved Harrys mother? I have not read the books.he was in love with Harry's mum Lily, they were friends when they were younger and during hogwarts and he was bullied by harry's dad James (even though he saved his life once) and Sirius etc. then he got in to a bad crowd and called Lily a mudblood so she broke off their friendship when they were around 15 years old. Snape hated Harry's dad and thought they were alike but he had her eyes. Snape was a death eater and he overheard a prophecy (the reason voldemort went for harry) but didn't listen to it all and he told voldemort about it, then voldemort decided to go for Harry and Snape asked him to spare Lily's life and he also asked Dumbledore to protect her but voldemort killed her anyway and so ever since he's been on Dumbledore's side, saving Harry because it's Lily's son. so ye it's really sad that he'd do all that for a womann if you remember in part 1 there was a doe patronus that led Harry to the pond to get the sword of gryfindor, it was Snape's patronus which is also the same as Lily's that lead him there, so he put it there for him and was always really on Harry's side.

Saw it yesterday and can honestly say that it was my favourite of the films. Most of the bits that were changed were changed for the better and of course some details were missed out, but that's what's expected from films - although I would gladly sit through a considerably longer version that sticks exactly to the book.
