Sure that cpu fan is on the right way around? Would have thought it'd be more logical to blow air through the heatsink rather than suck it?

Good spot, something is not optimal.

If he's really screwed up then it might be blowing in the wrong direction all together, but yeah the usual way to do it is with the fan blowing through the heat sink towards the back of the case rather than sucking through.
