Possibilities:

• Its not her baby
• The baby was born before she got on the island (so she lied)
• The infection came after she gave birth.
• If all mothers die, then Ben's mum must have died.

But juliet made those right? and she came 3 years ago.

and about 12seconds through, hopefully sawyer & kate stay together this time. And apparently locke and sawyer go on a trek in finale and lockes dad is the real sawyer or something? so they both go to kill him and after the skate 'doing it' scene someones legs are in the air, looks like black high boots.

and theres another theory from episode 6 or the catch 22 episode kate is pregnent with sawyers baby. That'd be a good storyline tbh, might be true.

They already tested on Claire, so maybe they don't need her?

Allykin those injections are FAKE. Claire was made sick by whatever was implanted, the only needle stuff was taking peoples blood.

On LF I saw theories of her being an outcasted other and the reason she doesn't remember is because she was brainwashed (yes there's brainwashing on the island). Or that, she's what's left over of the DHARMA.
