be a touch mean leaving them responsible for everything?
especially with the stat of the current staff team, i no some are good but a proportion are just..... not even worth mentioning
Nvrspk has almost one of every job
Catzsy, Missalice, Properclone, Jrh, Dj-3000, Barkseh, Baving should be the leaders! oh yes
Meh, my memory's of back than are far more vaige, probably because i was still pretty noobish those times, the main member of staff i see as noticeably missing though, is JackHB as he used to be such a large character on the forums in those days and was able to to work the forum in a far more light hearted and humorous way.I am really getting freaked out, I am uber old by this forum but I am one of the younger members of staff. I FEEL SO OLD!
Just some points about the "good old days", for those talking about Alice, she was indeed amazing, but for those talking about "higher management" you must remember that it was basically managers then GM, and properclone was great and didn't need to be replaced.
Now days, at least from my prospective, it all seems far more business like, there seems to be no room for practical jokes (as i remember jackhb pulling on many occasion) or anything not strictly following a set load of rules. Which is a shame, my preference being for more personal forums over the more corporate type which habbox in my opinion has slowly morphed in to since i first joined.
I dont know if you'll agree, but way back when it seemed far more like the site was run by a group of friends who got on really well, than the current circumstances where the staff seem to be just that, Staff.
But meh, im just reminiscing :p

Dude you said what I have been thinking the whole time.
A group of friends who got along, now its just like, you do something funny or to have a good time and

Crazy.
I guess... Habbox staff are ether fun or professional and only one of thoose lets you keep your job
Which is why i miss the old days, jack who i keep talking about kinda for filled both of those, seacat was also quite similar to that back then, although now days he seems to have sank in to the background somewhat, which is a pity in my opinion, but again meh.
Wiredly enough although i dont use habbo myself, it kinda mirrors habbos own progress, from the very personal free and friendly community where long standing habbos became hobbas, and worked purely to help maintain the communty they liked so muhc, to now days where theyve been completely replaced with the proffessional Moderators, whom beoned keeping the peace dont really interact with the hotel at all (to my knowledge) "/

Yep...
To be honest, in my opinion, since the Hobbas left, EVERYTHING kind of went down, even Krews.
Fansites, Habbo, everything.
