Why aren't they specific enough? People posting Skype conversations is a clear breach of the rules that I never see enforced - so it's outdated

And am I seriously getting a non-formal warning for giving feedback in a feedback thread - I guess I'll just make a new thread to annoy everyone with And it's not completely off-topic, it at least stemmed from the original discussion, which is what I thought was acceptable
