It seem's likely it could be Version 8 they are installing.

That schedule estimated around 4 hours downtime. We have been down 7. If it is v8 then something must have went wrong, and it's taken them long to sort it, however I don't understand how it could have if its already been succesfully installed on 2 hotels? ;s
