I got my ema back ages ago.. I'm now getting payments.

I was getting payments then they just suddenly stopped, they owe me like £120 or something now I think, I've only been paid like 3 or 4 times it's just plain stupid, I'm the only one in my class that has actually recieved a payment, everyone else has to wait till 5th December or something

I am ENTITLED to it, meaning I meet requirement to recieve it, I am meant to be getting it but I'm not, which means they owe me it because it's there part of the contract to actually pay the money, stop crying because you don't get it :rolleyes:

I'm having this problem also. I recieved a letter on friday saying;

'We have been trying to pay EMA into your bank account, but unfortunately the payment has been rejected and returned to us.

So that we can process the payments due to you, it would be helpful if you could complete the enclosed change of account notification and return it to us.'

But they have already made payments, so I don't understand there problem. I'm going to go to my EMA office and try and sort it.

Is it the NoE? You're meant to keep one and give the other one in.
