It's more a frustration of more worthy things being sidelined because of it.

What "more worthy" things? She's donating to Cancer Relief (through Jack I'd imagine) and the publicity Cancer Research UK have had is tremendous, it's not all about her publicity, she indirectly publicised Cancer and its effects, which is a good thing as far as I am aware :S Or would you rather people dropped like flies and no-one was aware of it?

Yeah i was gutted when I turned on the evening news and the only thing they told me about was Jade Goody.

War in Gaza perhaps, apparently it ended, but I hadn't a clue because Jade Goody was busy dying, or talking to her kids (a dying mother? Talking to her children? No way!).

PS. Actually, if it will sell enough papers, it will appear in the news/papers/magazines. Unfortunately, Britain is mostly inhabitted by celebrity obsessed morons, so most things that happen to them appear in the papers.

if people watched the national news, all of the important news would of been covered. with regional news, i doubt jade goody would be mentioned THAT much. i just think thats the only excuse people can use about the medias involvement with jade goody, and tbh its not a very viable one either. tbh i watch national and regional news on BBC and she was hardly mentioned. possibly the odd report, but i got all the info regarding whats happening either online or listening to the radio.
