The aim of this thread was not to abuse staff or to suggest that the help desk is pointless and should be shut down, it was simply to highlight what I view(ed) as a problem. My last few posts have been suggestions on how to improve the desk and put it beyond criticism, so if people want to mindlessly flame and gibe at each other I'd appreciate if they did it elsewhere so that intelligent discussion on the matter isn't lost in the flow

Yeah I know, the thread has gone onto diffrent issues about HxHD.

I dont beleive that HxHD is a helpdesk really as its main focal point is a lounge.
