not sure about surgeons suggesting more surgery but that's likely. i think it was more that they didn't stop her and took advantage of her. clearly someone getting hundreds of surgeries is unwell, probably suffering from body dysmorphia, and they need help, not surgery, because they'll never be happy with how the surgeries look. i think she speaks out against surgeons taking advantage of insecure people and that they should be more cautious who they allow to have cosmetic surgery, and maybe refer them to a psychologist instead? something like that.
