Well basically desmond gets hurley charlie and jin to trek through the jungle to find rosseaus wire caue it's part of the jungle.
But charlie gets killed on the way if desmonds premonition thing.
So it goes back in time etc and there going on a trek etc..
Back to the losties, kate gets a bit jealous of jack&juliet and she basically turns to sawyer for a bit of action. Then sawyer plays a pingpong with jack, and jacks says stuff from last night how he had dinner with juliet after kate left and had fun and sawyer sees why kate like jumped him and he tells her.
And in with desmond and that, they find a doll then desmond prevents charlie getting killed. They find that someone has fallen from the sky and desmond thinks it's penny because she has a book called 'ardil-22' with a picture of desmond&penny in and he's like omgosh penny etc... and then finds out its not her when he releases the mask, it's a women called naomi

Well I think D.O.C means date of conception so probably about how sun got pregnant and we may find out if its Jins baby
