You're as bad as a politician talking on matters which you have poorly researched. Helpers are going to have the ability to unlock the power to kick, mute and room ban users. Hobbas cannot be brought back in as they were, this is an effective alternative.
Omar, is a very arrogant and obnoxious teenager. He seems incredibly rude (he kept very abruptly interrupting the females talking), and whilst a good debate can be healthy, he very poorly illustrated his ability to listen to other users. On his twitter account he talks about how he's a social media expert, and that he dislikes people tweeting him about Habbo, yet when i've back-tracked there's not a single post about social media, and his Habbo avatar's motto is actually his twitter identity.
A Q&A session would not work, too many users in too many localizations to effectively govern a Q&A.
You say that Omar picks out what is wrong with a site aimed at teens, but he doesn't. He echo's the concerns of Channel 4. Paul was brought into Habbo with no knowledge of how badly governed the hotel was, in addition to the poor financial state. He's made Sulake money since he's been CEO, and is doing a great job at ensuring the hotel is safe for young teens - the audience it is based for. It isn't aimed at 17, or 20 year olds who spoke in that report.

If it was Habbo.co.uk and not Habbo.com it would work, because UK users can be talked to about UK laws and cultural understandings. Like you said, too many users in too many different locations.
