    SCORE! I'm grade 4! Go me! Go me!

    And what Red says is true, it makes everything else so much easier. When I started guitar I knew all the notes to a pentatonic/blues scale already, so solos were as easy as that.

    i've started working towards grade 8. I'll probably be doing it next year sometime
