Realy it depends what u call spamming, i dont class going of topic as spamming.
What i class as spamming is just pointkless posts that dont ad or contribute anything, like u get in alts forums with the

"thats good" "999999999/10" "i agree"

Rather than actaly othering anything remotly helpful, such as some contrtuve cristism, reasons why you like it.
As long as theres a bonus to haveing the post it aint spam IMO "/ As that spam is just sad boring and annoying, going offtopic on the other hand is just topic eveoltion, and is more of a good thing than bad, as topics on one subject can branch out on to many related subjects.

Do not make pointless posts - It is not allowed to post any messages that others consider to be meaningless or pointless or not relevant to the discussion.

The admins and mods kinda bend rules to cover stuff they have no realtion to, such as when they deletd topics for no reason wich wernt agaist the rules when posted, nore are agaist the rules now, under a made up rule, or rule haveing no relation to the actal topic. Of wich a certain thread of mine fell in to.

Yar a rant about it, as a certain admin desided to make up a rule to remove a topic of mine, a rule wich didnt exist then, and dosnt exist now, with compleat bull **** as a reason for it.

Plsu my avitars funny as they changed the avitar size limits by a few pixles, and when the db was erroed, i could reupload. I aksed if they woulnt mind doing it, but my request was refused, so my aviatr shall just remain, slighty to big already, but now as an erored image that doesnt actaly work as well
