This is a form of kiddie scripting (non habbo related scripting) where they get certain snippets of code from another programmer, likely on a hacking website then they upload it into html code on any random site they make.
When you go onto the site, if your browser accepts cookies, it will send a string of data back to the recipient server of whatever you have processed in.
In other words, this guy is a kiddie who thinks he can get lucky, dont fall for it please.
