It is simple but effective. I suggest making the glass panels on top smaller like they are on the Hotel (at the back) so it looks more realistic, glass panels like that will cost a hell of a lot.

I have never made an alt so i cant judge.
roof and lettering are a little wobbly roof in particualr is blotch where the lines crossover.

Nice, Although some of the windows are a lil messed up. The cloud is also behind the big tower thing. Not sure if u meant that to happen.:s
