x10hosting.com its free and it can be upgraded to 2.5gb space. I wouldnt use piczo is rubbish and its just as bad as freewebs. all you have to do is make a simple layout in something like frontpage and upload it to a host like x10hosting and your site will be much better and you can have cutenews.
