Me and my dad watched Saw a couple of months back. I thought it was terrifying. I want to watch the next one that comes out though. It wasn't just scary though some parts were sickening, lol. This has to be the scariest movie i have ever so. I even had to sleep with the light on.

Haha, yeah. Well the basic plot is there is a huge serial killer that finds people, and plays games with them. If they win the game, they survive, if they lose, they die. An example of one. There was a man who once tried to comit suicide by cutting himself, didnt work though. But the murderer put him in a huge room with huge chains hanging in every direction, and he had to get out of the room alive in 3 hours, and he would let him go, but the only way he could possibly survive, was to cut himself again. Whats funny about all those games he plays, is that he doesnt kill people, he plays games with them and they kill themselves. Thats not the plot of the movie though, that was like a flashback kind of part.

    Summary taken from yahoo!:

A young man named Adam (LEIGH WHANNELL) wakes to find himself chained to a rusty pipe inside a decrepit subterranean chamber. Chained to the opposite side of the room is another bewildered captive, Dr. Lawrence Gordon (CARY ELWES). Between them is a dead man lying in a pool of blood, holding a .38 in his hand. Neither man knows why he has been abducted; but instructions left on a microcassette order Dr. Gordon to kill Adam within eight hours. If he fails to do so, then both men will die, and Dr. Gordon's wife, Alison (MONICA POTTER), and his daughter will be killed. Recalling a recent murder investigation by a police detective named Tapp (DANNY GLOVER), Dr. Gordon realizes he and Adam are the next victims of a psychopathic genius known only as "Jigsaw." With only a few hours left to spare, they must unravel the elaborate puzzle of their fate in the midst of mounting terror. The killer has provided them with only a few clues and two handsaws - too weak to break their steel shackles, but strong enough to cut through flesh and bone.

So that last part was what you were saying. The murderer didnt want them to cut through the chains, he wanted them to cut through their feet. The whole reason why the murderer does it is to see what people are really grateful for their lives: If they survive his tasks, they love their life, but if they die, they deserve to because they arent grateful they are alive.

Lol. Not that much blood and gore, some parts are bloody, but it isnt as bad as someone ripping out someone's intenstinse and choking them with it, usually you just hear/see blood comming from someplace, but dont actually see it happening. That kind of thing. If you like stuff that makes you think, you will like this movie. It isnt scary as it is confusing and makes you think. If you get sick at the sight of blood, dont see it, but if you can handle some here and there, you can see it. I dont want to say too much. Oh, and the ending is unbelievable. You will never see it comming, it will really blow your socks off. The very last scene.

One amazing thing about the movie is that it only cost about 1.5 million to make, which is almost nothing in the movie buisness, on average, movies cost about 7 million or so to make.

I havent seen the movie, but I saw a sneak preview of a scene. Ill try to describe it x] Ok, So some guy break's through a door that trigger's a timer that is hooked onto this big steel door. In the middle of the room there is a video-cassete, so one of the guy's grab's it and play's it. It say's that they will have to find they key to the door to open it before time run's out, the catch is, the key is in a pile of little yellow projectiles ( I have no idea what is inside them, but obviously something you wouldnt want to jump into) that are in a deep hole, so when u jump in there, your bound to get them stuck in you when you land. By the time the tape ends, the timer is already at like 1 min 50 secs, so the man who opened the door grabbed one of the girl's and just threw her in there, so when she land's she start's freaking out and you can see these little needled inside her back. So she start's throwing the needles everywhere looking for the key and when she finally find's she throw's it up to the guy and start;s crying, unfortunately, the timer ran out before he could open it.

I think saw 1 was very good. The games are cleverly constructed and the plot wasn't too unrealistic. The actors were good and i hope the new one is better, but usually the never are
