Both are equally good it just depends what your looking for in terms of training. Guthan allows for easier afk training in places like bandits and such because you never have to leave until your set needs repair. However a lot of people prefer Dhorak because they can hit insanely high hits when hp gets low (to do this effectively you get down to 5 or so hp then train with protect from melee on). It really just depends on which one sounds more appealing to you.
