You might be able to kill hill giants in edgeville dungeon? take food tho

Um it's north west of varrock and I didn't know you're that low lvl. Raise combat first then go kill giants, you'll eat too much and waste lodsa food if you'll go kill them with your combat

Im level 36 but to get my prayer level up i trained outside the gates of Al Kharid on goblins. And also you can practise on the cows in the ranch nearby.
