habbo hotel works isometrically and has black outlines around all items, try to put a black outline around your pieces of furni / people and keep the colouring inside them. Use shading where appropriate. Zoom in to work in finer detail.

OMG! How bad can you make an alt? My sister is now 7 and she made this lil recolour. -rep that has to be a joke I just can't stop laughing, that is so so bad. The only way you can improve is by starting again lol

Try to use the flood fill or pencil not the big brush.

Read the tutorials for serious help on making alts
And use fill tool not paintbrush or pencil
