I have to say spiders don't bother me but butterflies! AHHHH!

Clostrophobia
Blood

Hospitals

and waking up in the dark with a scary looking clown staring down at me

Extremely small spaces. Flying since I flew in the worst month for flying ever (4-5 plane crashes) and spiders.

Microwaves might sound strange, but its cos when i was younger i put an ice lolly with a paper wrapper (yes i was stupid) in the microwave, and the wrapper caught fire and the microwave exploded!
