Ok this is really embarassing but i need help. Whenever i um open my bowels blood comes out... And its really painful afterwards. Its always really itchy, at first i thought it was worms but when i um check theres nothing there but blood and um excreeeetment (sp)
I have reaaally bad constipation aswell. Im too embarrassed to see a docter. What do i do?

When you ask parents about this it can be really embarrassing. - I know dont worry. Depending how old you are and i'm not going ask, you can maybe go to the doctors by yourself. You can ask for a female or male doctor if you want a certain one. Erm - are you a girl or boy? Because if your a girl (sorry if your a boy) periods can often make your body like that.
