The video doesn't make me cry though, mainly because I've heard the song before, and the video doesn't match how I picture the song in my head would look like :-P

That is really sad. Literally it makes you want to cry. Also it's the music that makes it even sadder. If you listen to the words the little girl says they are so loving and it makes you want to cry. My heart really does go out to families and friends who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attacks. :@
