I think it could be difficult to tell, England have all the capabilities of winning the World Cup, its a shame the team themselves can't see that. In some games they look like they show no determination, thats what gets the fans frustrated, feel negative towards them.
I won't cast my vote because I think they have as good a chance as anyone in there.
