Has a scammer ever got you banned?

Normally if I report a scammer a hobba / moderator usually sort it.

he either scammed the furni and made the rooms to put them in, hense the ban

or tricked ppl into donating

i've seen many scammers, but everytime i report them, nothing happens :@
people asking for my password, i let them stay in my room, and they keep asking for my password, i kept reporting till i got bored and left... and till that day, that scamming noob still comes online...

I find that offensive too, you shouldn't use the tsunami as a reason to donate pixel furniture to you for a start.
