Depression????
Some Out there will read it and there picture someone they no instantly... Depression Can be Brough On by a number Of thinks....
1) Loss Of a Loved Person or Even Animal (Great Attachments and Trust... Someone who was there and sorted your problems or Listened)
2) Stress (Alot Of Stress Can Cause Someone to Panic... Get upset and Just Loose there Confidence
3) An Event In Your life, A Bad Memory...Or Even Someone else Being Depressed
4) Driven into depression by Bullying... Lies... etc
To Help You Understand the Depression , I Will Use mySelf as a Case Study (I won't use names of anyone)
My Depression is Thanx to my Last Gf,Who Pretended to be Depressed herself (Sometimes People Do Pretend to be depressed as an Antension seeking Move) This Slowly Drove me Downhill.. but not that far into depresson... Slowly the Lies She told me (i didn't no they were lies...at the time.. eg she was seeing a Phyctrist, Or even she was Pregnaunt! and she 2 timed me 3 times... and pretneded to Commit sucide. My Depression is thanks to her lies...she got the final 2 timed person as her new Bf and him and his mates attacked me, one of whom was later arrested for the assult. I Can't get this problem out of my head... which makes me feel worse everytime i think about it and seem them, everyone at the school i go to beleifs her end of the story... that i bullyied her... and worse things... including strangle making my life impossible at school
Thats ONly a Small Amount of What Drove me to Depression
Once Depressed , People feel like they want to take anger out of something.. or even they just want to do something becos it makes them feel better, more relaxed. This is Where Drugs Might become involved making them more depressed... most drugs and alchoul is a Depressent... Others Cut themselves in areas where there parrents won't see... makes them feel better to feel pain (i did this...) Eventually If they feel disconnected or even worse.. they start thinking about just stopping there problem by killing themselves(Sucide) , Normaly Done by Slit Wrists (Easyier) Or by Drug Overdose .. (i won't go into what i atempted) . Personally I Have Few Friends In Real Life... but thoose i do have are usually in the same state... and we look out for eachother... having someone in the same situation as you who can cheer you up works... Talking to that person ... yelling or just being with them helps... and if it helps stay with them... theres nothing wrong with being depressed.. but its better to be Happy and be you!
