I don't like this idea as if you handed out super rights to someone they could abuse them alot more than they could with normal rights which is not what the owner wants.

This has been said before I think that these should be the features: -

Super Rights
-Kick People
-Move Furni
-Give people / remove normal rights
-Able to get in the room when doorbelled
-Able to kick people with normal rights

Normal Rights
-Unable to kick owner / people with super rights
-Move furni
-Kick other habbos
-Unable to get in when doorbelled unless let in

By having these features it would allow alot better features for the rights system.

Also I think that the owner should be able to edit rights / give rights without the habbo being there.

I 100% AGREE with that accept normal rites shouldnt be able to write on stikis
