How i did it for the ice guy (the hardest of them all) is i wore monks robes for the prayer bonuses, sara book and fire staff, then i fire bolted/blasted them, fire spells work the best on the ice dude, for the blood one i meleed it without hiding pl0x :8 and for damis, i ran outa prayer pots, (stupid me took like 2) so i hid, attacked , then when i got hit, i hid for like 1 second then attacked again, the fire demon is a joke, you could probably defeat him with like a rune scimmy :p

As you're taking super restores don't waste inventory space with prayer pots, super restores also restore prayer. As for fighting it - The highest fire spell you can use. The trolls you have to kill before the main boss are also weak against fire.

Id say 3 prayer pots and 5 super restores, also to save inventory space take an ectophial, u click empty and u get teleported to ectophial :8 so very good for saving inventory space, also very good for if you want to do the blood one straight after

You don't need prayer pots, super restores do exactly the same thing.. Clicking a super restore then a prayer pot just wastes more time.
