    Yes it was created by Damon Albarn (of Blur) and Jamie Hewlett, the creator of Tank Girl.
    They performed at the MTV EMA's as 3D Holograms (because the band is virtual) it was amazing. The stuff they can do with technology these days is fascinating lol.
    And yeah the new song is Dirty Harry
