Go to the port. Talk to Doralak you will find him by the general store. Give a saphire ammy to Melina and talk to Doralak again. Return to outpost.

Talk to Blanin you will find him East of the Quest Start For Fremmy trials.

Write down all the info he tells you. Head to the market area of Fremmy and talk to him.
