if its really good u will get a rare like if u seen hyperghost site now that is really good
if u make a banner and a layout u get payd more and if u code it also u will get paid way more

O.o i don't like his site (no offence :p) but to code and make the layout your only going to get good ones for over a a throne

Ok i've done the template In habbo colours no banner due to not sure what style you want it but apart from that it's all yours, i'll upload it on some freehost so you can see it when i've got little spare time
