That's actually, really strange...? Hard to analyse it. To start, it has finished quite effectively, you've done it quite sloppy which I suppose it's a set back.The outline in grey just makes the whole thing look smudged, those whispy, ghostly, foggy, misty whatever things coming from him are rather strange too... They don't look entirely natural. As of Habbo-ness, apart from the head I think you've gone completely haywire with that, not at all what my first conception of a Habbo Grim reaper would be but then it's your own taste. You should work on changing the colour of it, it looks like a metal statue or something, the arms are a little feeble too, they look out of proportion. To add, the gore and violence isn't accepted here so - remove it?
