Australian hotel is allowed to have casinos too (Well I think so since no-ones been banned for having a casino). I think Singapore is good for banning casinos cause some people might really be addicted to Habbo and then start betting in real life too thinking that you're only losing a little bit...
Also, this proves to be a good role model to not gamble and risk getting all your possesions taken away.
