Mmmm, well I've done it a few time when I mess around with people, I guess it sorta' means different things when used in different contexts...

For example, if someone said something like: 'I'm cool, pls' it means that they're saying that they're really cool and they're agreeing with themselfs being big headed...

I just think it means that you're agreeing with your self... Just my opinion.

Karl,I personally reckon the people who use it the most[Your not one of them] are trying to sound "cool" on the forum and "in with the crowd".I personally don't find it that "cool" but their just going along with the "cool" crew.
