Those foods are all fine, it depends on the amount of proportions you eat of it and how often you exercise. Sure you can stuff your face with them but after a brisk exercise, you'll be okBalancing a diet is healthy and your body needs all the proteins and carbohydrates it can get, thats what makes you strong.
I'm pretty sure most people love a good ol junk food feast everyonce and a while, I do. But I makesure I exercise, theres no harm in that.
