New idea for winners of competitions.

I think someone suggested this in the staff forums a couple of week ago. Habbos.co.uk have a system where when a member has won a competition, or has been registered X amount of days, a little badge is added to their profile.

They dont use a vBulletin, but it works well there, I think it'd work well here too
