Its like your phone it has a limit in its inbox to make your inbox less full just click it so it does not goto your sent msgs. Also if you reply then delete the msg after then you will have a empty inbox and you can always download them into notepad format i think.

I don't want to save the messages, I'm just saying it's annoying that I have to delete them every 2 days or so.

I have cliked to not get the sent replies, ages ago. Still not enough.

In a word: bandwith.

All the information Habbox has to store on its forum is limited I believe, you can only use up so much space. If people were given more PM space, more PMs would be kept on the servers and then we would be using up bandwith. When did members go down to 30 PMs? I seem to remember it being 50? :s

Bandwidth is nothing for this, I have owned a VB forum for over 4 years. It wouldn't make any significant distribution of BW due to it's a variable, it's not constant.
