The idea was first thought of around 2002, but habbo did not install it, as basically, they didn't...

Actually, no, it wouldn't work. In fact, the idea would actually cause more problems.

It seems like a good idea on paper, but when you actually think things through and apply the idea to the hotel, you can see how flawed it really is.

Scammers would easily take advantage of this feature which can help them greatly in the scamming process. How, you ask?

    Simple.

A "Fallin Furni" room is made and the price is the Throne. Sounds great. People play and lose. A lot of people pay with the idea that their chances of obtaining a Throne will be greater. Finally, the last two people are in the game- a winner is chosen. "P2S, Kik, or Rev", says the room owner. The loser quickly trades the room owner and decides he wants to win, so he pays a rare. After said transaction, the room owner IP bans both users from his room and his work is done.

Even though this was just one example of scamming, there are many more examples that come to mind once this understanding is extablished.

This scam could be taken to a higher level- casino level.

An innocent individual goes and decides to take a risk and bet a Throne, or a Super Rare even. The Dealer anxiously accepts the trade and quickly IP bans the gambler from the room.

Even though the idea could serve many purposes if there was no such thing as scamming, we must be aware that scamming is real and no safety measure or obstacle will make this reality a thing of the past.
